Aaron Baker

Aaron Baker is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as the Regional Vice President of Sales at Calix since 2024, Aaron oversees sales operations for cloud and software platforms that support broadband service providers globally. Prior to Calix, Aaron held significant roles at INNOV8 as a Managing Partner and Strategic Advisor, and at Windstream Communications, where responsibilities included managing $900 million in annual revenue as Regional President and overseeing sales for the Mid-Atlantic and New England markets. Aaron's career began at EarthLink, progressing through various positions including Vice President of Sales, where management of Southeast and Northeast territories was key. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at Deltacom, starting as an Account Executive and achieving promotion to District Executive. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and Appalachian State University.
