Bill Robinson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and sales engineering. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Service at Calix since August 2010, Bill Robinson supports customer issues related to the Centurylink account. Previously, Bill Robinson held the position of Solutions Manager III at Ericsson in 2010 and worked as a Wireless Sales Engineer for Major Accounts at Nortel from 2002 to 2004, where responsibilities included managing a team of sales engineers and providing pricing and proposal support for key accounts including Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Motorola, and US Cellular. Bill Robinson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte between 1982 and 1987.
