Coco Wang

Coco Wang, GPHR, SCP, LLM, has extensive experience in talent and culture management, currently serving as Sr. Director of Talent & Culture at Calix since June 2010. Coco has progressively advanced from HR Manager to Sr. Director while developing HR policies and effective talent acquisition and retention strategies in China. Prior to Calix, Coco held positions as Human Resources Manager at Sycamore Networks and Foster Wheeler, and as HR & Admin at Arvid Nilsson A/S. Coco holds a Master of Laws in Civil and Economic Law from East China University of Political Science and Law.
