Cody Green serves as the Area Vice President of Renewals and Customer Success at Calix since December 2020, where responsibility includes the architecture and execution of the Renewals program to enhance customer retention and growth. Prior experience at ServiceSource from February 2008 to December 2020 encompasses roles such as Director of Customer Success and Renewals, and Senior Customer Success Manager, leading strategic teams globally and managing a portfolio that contributed significantly to P&L. Key achievements include generating over $200M in annual recurring revenue and mentoring future sales leaders. Cody holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and International Business from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
