David B.

David B. is an experienced professional in information security, currently serving as the AVP of Information Security at Calix since February 2017, having previously held the role of Sr. Director of Information Security. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Information Security at NETGEAR from April 2015 to February 2017 and Manager of Information Security at Maxim Integrated from July 2002 to April 2015. David began a career in information technology as an IT Support Contractor at Cadence Design Systems and completed an internship at Applied Materials. Educational qualifications include an MBA from San José State University earned between 2011 and 2013, a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems from the same institution from 1997 to 2001, and currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Chief Information Security Officer from Carnegie Mellon University.
