Previously, Debbie was the UK & Ireland Sales Director for Service Providers at Prolabs and Skylane Optics, now part of Amphenol Corporation, engaging with telecommunications and internet service providers in the region. As the Founder and Sales Director of Bedrock Solutions Ltd, established in 2008, Debbie built a reputation for honesty and integrity, leveraging a robust network within the Telco/ISP sector. Debbie also co-founded Bedrock Networks Ltd, which specialized in network integration and was sold to Matrix Communications, and played a pivotal role at Extreme Networks as a co-founder and Sales Director, where European operations were developed, achieving significant annual revenue growth.
