Greg McCormick is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in technical support and engineering roles. Currently serving as a Sr. Systems Engineer at Calix since November 2008, McCormick previously held various positions including Sr. Tech Support Engineer at Zhone Technologies from September 2005 to November 2008, and as Sr. Support Engineer/Director at Paradyne where responsibilities included being the World Wide VP of the Technical Support Group.
