Juan Sans is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in global compensation and benefits leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Associate Vice President of Total Rewards at Calix since August 2021, Juan has previously held senior roles at ACI Worldwide, Sage, ABB Enterprise Software, and Hitachi Data Systems, where responsibilities spanned executive compensation design, broad-based compensation programs, and HR operations. Earlier roles include Human Resources management at National Semiconductor and Adaptec, as well as a military background as a Captain in the US Army. Juan holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
