Laura Winge

Laura Winge is an experienced manager in customer operations and client services, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Operations at Calix since March 2021. In this role, Laura is responsible for overseeing customer transactions from initial quote to final payment, while fostering strong relationships with channel partners and collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery. Prior to Calix, Laura held managerial positions at CORT, overseeing client services related to workplace solutions, and at Freightquote.com, where responsibility included managing national account operations and a team of account coordinators. Laura began the career as a dispatcher and customer service representative at Midwest Motor Express. Educationally, Laura holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Metro State University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Business Logistics Management from Saint Paul College.
