Calix
Max Arsenault is an experienced optical engineer currently employed at Calix, where responsibilities include leading the automation development of optical module performance testing for passive optical network technologies. Prior to joining Calix, Max held various engineering roles, including software engineer at Multi-Tech Systems, Inc., where the focus was on LoRa stack firmware development and supporting EMI testing. As a product development engineer at Critical Room Control, Max designed HVAC system controllers and served as the product owner of the IRC controller. Earlier experiences include software verification engineering at Abbott, where Max verified software updates for ECG hardware, and a graduate teaching assistantship at Minnesota State University, Mankato, involving C++ simulations of coherent fiber optic links. Max began career development with engineering internships at Logic PD and MTU Onsite Energy. A graduate of Minnesota State University, Mankato, Max holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
