Rob Schroder

Rob Schroder is an experienced site reliability engineering professional with a diverse background in performance engineering and team management. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Site Reliability Engineering at Calix since March 2023, Rob previously held the role of Director of Site Reliability Engineering at Engagez, where responsibilities included a hands-on approach in a startup environment. Rob has also managed site reliability engineering teams at One Kings Lane, and built performance practices at Manilla.com. With a robust foundation in performance engineering established at Coban Corporation and earlier roles at Epicentric, 2Bridge Software, and IBM, Rob emphasizes the development of fault-tolerant systems and performance methodologies. Rob holds a B.S. in Astrophysics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
