Tom Schroer

Tom Schroer serves as the Area Vice President of Broadband Platform Marketing at Calix since January 2018, focusing on enabling Broadband Service Providers to enhance user experiences through Calix's solutions. With a diverse background in marketing and operations, Tom has held various leadership positions, including Area Vice President at Dialogic and Senior Director at NetScout Systems and Tektronix. As the founder of GoLinx Inc., Tom provided consulting services to ISPs and small businesses. Prior roles also include Director of Network Planning at Sigma Networks, Vice President of Operations and Engineering at GST Telecom, and Senior Director of Strategic Planning at Brooks Fiber Properties. Tom holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Washington University in St. Louis, with additional education from Carnegie Mellon University and multiple degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
