Rumel Docdoc

Rumel Docdoc is a Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in developing web-based systems, specializing in call handling, agent administration, and BPO business workflows at Call Handling Services since June 2019. Previously, as a Software Engineering Specialist at Maya from October 2021 to July 2023, Rumel focused on financial transaction processing platforms, overseeing story management, sprint planning, and backend architecture design using Java and Scala technologies. Prior experience includes working as a Software Engineer at Accenture from July 2017 to June 2019, contributing to the National Trade Platform for Singapore Customs by creating technical designs and implementing end-to-end integrations. Rumel holds a Master of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the University of San Carlos and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Southern Leyte State University.
