Elyssa Bailey

Elyssa Bailey, PMP, currently serves as the Chief Administrative Officer at Call2Recycle, Inc., where responsibilities include driving the development and achievement of strategic plans while promoting a performance-driven culture. Previously, Elyssa held the position of Director of the Project Management Office at the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, overseeing the expansion of the PMO for the Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs. During tenure at TRC Companies, Inc., project management capabilities were demonstrated through the oversight of complex clean energy initiatives. Elyssa's career in regulatory compliance began at American Tower Corporation, where leadership of a national environmental compliance team ensured adherence to critical regulations. Elyssa holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Boston University.
