In this role, Roxane leads regulatory compliance and stewardship initiatives, ensuring the organization aligns with state requirements while promoting safe battery collection and recycling. With over 25 years of experience in program management and operations, Roxane has a proven track record of driving process improvements and supporting sustainable growth. Prior to this, Roxane held various positions, including Director of Program Support at Call2Recycle and Operations Manager at a private dealership.
