Norm Smith

Norm Smith has a vast and progressive work experience spanning over several decades. Norm began their career as a Laboratory Technician at Stepan Company in 1988 and later moved to Thomas Manufacturing Company, where they held the position of Engineering Manager from 1991 to 1995. In 1995, they joined Advanced Elastomer Systems as a Sr. Research Associate, contributing to the company's research efforts until 1998.
