Benjamin Rivard

Benjamin Rivard's work experience includes:

- Software Engineer at calldesk since October 2020.

- Software Engineer at Sopra Steria from October 2017 to September 2020.

- Software Engineer Intern at Klaud9 from June 2019 to August 2019, as part of their engineering degree program at IMT Atlantique. Benjamin worked on projects involving the implementation of a prepaid package feature and a matching feature between photographers and clients' requests.

- Training period as a Software Developer at GFP Technologies in January 2017 and a summer job as a Software Developer in July 2016. Benjamin'sresponsibilities included PHP coding using Zend Framework and developing a solution for administering an Active Directory Controller following critical business rules.

- Training period as a Computer Repair Technician at Eri-Concept from November 2014 to March 2015. Benjamin assisted in repairing company networks and user's workstations.

- Training period as a Computer Repair Technician at Hôpitaux de Chartres from January 2014 to April 2014.

Benjamin Rivard began their education in 2008 at Collège Gaston Couté, where they completed their Brevet des collèges. From 2012 to 2015, they attended Lycée des métiers Sully and graduated with a high school diploma in the field of Information Technology, Telecom & networks. In 2015, Benjamin pursued an Associate's degree at Lycée Fulbert, focusing on Technologie informatique / technologie des systèmes informatiques. Finally, from 2017 to 2020, they attended IMT Atlantique, where they obtained a Master's degree in Software Engineering / Computer Science.
