Johan Cantens is a Senior Application Developer at Callexcell. Previously, they worked as a Composite Services Coördinator at N-ALLO in the GDF SUEZ GROUP. Johan was responsible for the Service Objected Architecture between frontend applications used by call center agents / Avaya Voice Portal / mobile applications and the different backend systems (SAP / Oracle / ...). Additionally, they did Avaya Voice Portal developments and built and maintained interactive self services.
Before working at N-ALLO, Johan Cantens was an Interactive Application Engineer at Quentris where they did Avaya Voice Portal, Syntellect Voice Portal, Nortel Contact Center (Voice - Multimedia), and CTI integration developments. Johan also has experience in .Net Development and Java Development.
Cantens started their professional career as a Voice Engineer at Ascom. There they were responsible for the installation and support of Nortel Pbx's, Voicemail systems, billing applications ,administration applications.
Johan Cantens studied for a Bachelor in Informatics at Groep T - Internationale Hogeschool Leuven and then followed up with a Bachelor in Electronics option Telecommunications at Katholieke Hogeschool Limburg.
