Rick Lau is a seasoned entrepreneur and expert in healthcare practice growth, currently serving as the Founder of CallHero, Clinic Accelerator, and PainHero. Since January 2015, CallHero has been providing AI-powered patient communication and call performance solutions to healthcare professionals, while Clinic Accelerator has supported over 1,000 clinics in scaling their practices through training and business coaching. Additionally, Rick Lau contributes to academia as a Guest Lecturer at the Schulich School of Business and has a background as a Co-Founder of pt Health, which expanded to over 100 clinics across Canada.
