JM has worked in various positions in the engineering and HR field since 2015. JM started off as an engineering intern at Scott Fetzer Electrical Group and then worked as a co-op engineer at PREMIER System Integrators. In 2018, they began working as a software engineer at Tata Consultancy Services. JM left Tata in 2019 to pursue a career in HR at Callibrity.

JM earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The University of Alabama.
