Chetan Indap

Chetan Indap has over 30 years of experience in sales and business management. Chetan began their career in 1990 as a Sales Executive at HCL Technologies. In 1991, they joined Sonata Software as a Sales Manager. Chetan then moved to Tech Mahindra in 1993, where they were Deputy Manager of Sales. From 1995 to 1998, they worked as a Management Consultant, advising and implementing Sales organisation structures and initiating new geographies for companies' products and services. In 1998, they became Director of Sales for USA at Birlasoft in New Jersey. In 2001, they moved to London to become Country Manager for UK and Europe at Birlasoft, where they managed the P&L of UK and Europe and was responsible for 300+ people engaged on various projects across Europe. In 2003, they joined L&T Infotech as Head of Strategic Alliances and Head of Business Management Group. In 2011, they founded Eazyhire.in, a fixed-fee money-back guarantee placement firm focused in the Startups hiring space. Chetan successfully delivered over 600 hiring mandates and the business was acquired by Insiders Research Solutions LLP for an all-cash deal. In 2016, they founded Callify.ai, a Candidate Experience Platform.

Chetan Indap has completed a Master of Development Practice (MDP) in Leadership from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics & Communications from Thandomal Shahni Engg College, Mumbai. Chetan also holds a Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) in Science & Electronics from Elphinstone College, Mumbai, and a Secondary School Certificate (SSC) from Indian Education Society, Mumbai.
