Laura Nicol

Laura Nicol is the Chief of Staff at Co Ventures, where they multiply the investment team's impact and oversee various operational functions. They previously served as the first marketing hire at First Table, successfully building the marketing function and expanding the platform across multiple markets. Laura has also worked as a Manager of Marketing at Enablo and held roles in public relations at several firms. Additionally, they host and produce the Calling Operator podcast, sharing insights from startup operators. Laura holds a First Class Honours degree from Southampton Solent University.
