Risa Eldridge has a wealth of experience in the technology industry, focusing on product management, sales engineering, and technical channel management. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Product Management at CallMiner, Risa has also held leadership positions at Surgent Networks, Terminus, Zylotech, Cogito Corp, Oracle, Acme Packet, Newfound Communications, Speech Technology Associates, and HTI Voice Solutions. Risa holds an MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a BS in Mathematics from Villanova University.
