Sergey Vinichenko is a seasoned technical leader with extensive experience in software engineering and team management. Currently serving as Technical Lead at Callsign since December 2022, Sergey previously held the position of Head of Engineering at Domrf Bank, a top 5 Russian bank, where leadership expanded from a team of 15 to 80 members. Sergey's expertise includes agile process building, system architecture design, and technical debt management. Prior roles include Engineering Team Lead at Decathlon Russia, Senior Java Software Engineer at Paragon Software, and Junior/Middle Java Developer at ImpulsM. Sergey holds a Bachelor's degree in IT from Bauman Moscow State Technical University, completed in 2014.
