Armando Luna is the Key Accounts Manager at CallSource. Armando has over ten years of experience in customer service and IT support.
Armando began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Target. Armando quickly rose through the ranks, becoming an IT Associate Support at the City of Ventura. In this role, Armando was responsible for problem solving, researching and developing techniques to enhance the city website. Armando also created training videos for departments’ Power Users to teach proper content management of their web pages.
In 2011, Armando left the City of Ventura to join CallSource as a Key Accounts Manager. In this role, they are responsible for managing a team of account managers and sales representatives. Armando is also responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and grow the business.
They are on a team with Shawn Kelly - Client Support Supervisor, Carly Tanaka - Technical Account Manager, and Greg Semerdjian - Key Accounts Manager. Armando Luna reports to Nicole Mirabelli, Director, Account Services.
