Brett Reese

Director of Client Services at CallTower

Brett Reese is currently the Director of Client Services at CallTower. Prior to joining CallTower, Brett worked as an Assistant Superintendent at Quadrant Homes from October 2006 to May 2010. In this role, Brett managed over 700 projects representing over $210 million in revenue. Brett also coordinated and scheduled over 100 employees and subcontractors on their daily responsibilities. Additionally, Brett led critical city compliance meetings regarding safety standards and regulatory obligations. Brett was also responsible for delivering a 100% customer satisfaction rate in customer walkthroughs by taking proactive measures to ensure quality standards and customers expectations were met prior to project completion. Finally, Brett executed 99% on-time project completion through aggressive prioritization and communication of cross-functional team.

Before Quadrant Homes, Brett worked as a Credit Counselor at AAA Fair Credit Foundation from February 2006 to October 2006. In this role, Brett was in the top 5% inbound call performers by assisting over 40 customers per day. Brett also used a database system to manage and service clients portfolio’s. Furthermore, Brett built strong relationships with customers by treating them with respect and encouraging open and honest communication.

After Quadrant Homes, Brett became the Hosted Voice Project/Implementation Manager at ABS Telecom from September 2011 to April 2014.

Brett Reese has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and a Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration from Weber State University. Brett also has a BS in Management from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business.
