Davis Sturgeon

Davis Sturgeon, MHR, PHR, currently serves as the HR Manager at CallTower since November 2016, overseeing daily operations in talent acquisition, HRIS, benefits, compensation, payroll, and various employment areas. Prior experience includes serving as HR Manager at Intermountain Staffing, where responsibilities encompassed employee relations, compliance with employment laws, and recruitment facilitation, among other HR functions. Sturgeon also held roles at eBay Inc., Black Turtle Services, and Relativity Sciences, contributing to HR processes ranging from onboarding to employee assessments. Earlier career experiences include positions in operational management and sales. Sturgeon holds a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Utah State University and a Bachelor’s in Communications with a focus on Civic Advocacy from Weber State University.
