Bryan McKinstry has over 15 years of work experience, starting from 2006. Bryan began their career as a Swim Team Coach/Lifeguard at Wilmington Country Club, where they also worked as a Pool Assistant Manager. In 2011, they worked as a Game Day Marketing Intern at Wilmington Blue Rocks before joining Philadelphia Eagles as an Inside Sales Representative, Premium Sales in 2013. Later the same year, they moved to Staples as an Account Manager, Copy and Print Division. In 2014, they became a Regional Director, Under Armour National Tryouts at Factory Athletics. In 2016, they joined Cision as a Business Development Specialist, Key Sales before moving to eOriginal as an Account Executive, Commercial Sales in 2018. At present, they work as a Sr. Sales Channel & Affiliates Representative at Wolters Kluwer. In 2023, they are expected to join CallTrackingMetrics as the Lead of Strategic Partnerships.

Bryan McKinstry earned a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania from 2009 to 2012. Prior to attending Kutztown University, they briefly attended Neumann University in 2008. Bryan completed their high school education at Concord High School from 2004 to 2008. No degree or field of study is available for Neumann University or Concord High School.
