Trisha Hand has a wealth of work experience beginning in 2003 with Magnolia Companies, LLC as a Network Administrator. In this role, they managed and maintained desktop and laptop computers for 150 employees, installed and troubleshot applications, and administered user accounts and computers. In 2010, they moved to Pandora Jewelry LLC as an IT Services Administrator, where they managed a helpdesk ticketing system and two employees, installed and troubleshot applications, and handled all the purchasing of equipment for the department. Most recently, they have been working at CallTrackingMetrics since 2019 as a Professional Services Manager, where they work closely with the product team to develop new features and enhance existing ones, works with the Onboarding team to combine implementation support and onboarding, and manages two professional services consultants.

Trisha Hand attended Arundel Sr. High from 1992 to 1996. Trisha then completed a MCS in Computer Science from Computer Training. In January 2023, they obtained a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance D-A-CH e.V., a Transitioning to Product Management from LinkedIn, and a Certified Scrum Product Owner\u00ae (CSPO\u00ae) from the Scrum Alliance.
