Tom Thomas

Tom Thomas is an experienced customer service representative with a solid background in the field. Currently employed at Calltronix (K) Ltd. since November 2021, Tom has previously held similar positions at CCI Kenya and TeleSky Ltd. in 2021. Prior to this, Tom gained customer service experience as a store attendant at Youth on the Move Cyber from January 2019 to June 2021. Tom holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from Kenyatta University, completed in December 2021, and has further enhanced customer service skills through a Certificate in Digital Customer Service from Generation Kenya in July 2021.
