Paul Swett is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in managing and developing technical services. Prior to this role, Paul Swett has held various leadership positions at Callware Technologies since April 1996, where responsibilities included consolidating technical customer-facing operations into a unified business unit, implementing cost-effective CRM systems, and delivering custom solutions to U.S. agencies.
