Andres Otero

Andres Otero is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and strategic roles. As Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of IPCOM since October 2000, Andres has driven the company's vision and growth. Andres also serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Callzilla and Plusmobile Communications Colombia, the latter of which has been active since 2006, focusing on enhancing value for Mobile Operators. Additionally, Andres has contributed to the University of Miami as a Member of the Board of Advisors of Economics from January 2019 to December 2023. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from the University of Miami (2013-2015) and a BS in Electronics Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (1990-1996), complemented by a brief study at the University of Helsinki in 2020.
