Calm Fox Coaching is a remote coaching practice with a focus on providing accessible, real-time support to individuals, adults, relationships & families. Using a Bowenian framework and applying aspects of CBT, EFT, and IFS, CFC provides clients with education and support to sustainably achieve their goals and maintain an authentic and intentional lifestyle.

Free COVID Support Calls- We all need some extra support currently. If you are struggling with all the changes, if you need someone safe and nonjudgmental to vent to or process with, if you want some suggestions on how to adjust, you shouldn't need to worry about your bank account. Donations are appreciated.

Personalized COVID Strategy, Structure, & Skill Intensives- 90+ minutes where I start with collect as much data about your day to day and your home environment as you're comfortable sharing. I then work with you to address specific issues and goals with a solution-focused approach to help you adapt and adjust to these changing times and find your way through the fog.

Life / Parent Coaching Calls- Available in 30, 45, and 60 minutes done via video or phone.

Outpatient Support Coaching: Working with an outpatient therapist? Have a child/teen working with a therapist? Let me help you generalize what is being worked on in therapy, into daily life.

While Fox has a clinical background, this is strictly a coaching service. This is not therapy. Past process work or specific clinical issues will need to be addressed with a licensed clinician.
