At Calm Little Minds, we believe that every child deserves the chance to feel confident, resilient, and supported as they grow.

I’m Dina Dimitriou, a psychologist and educator who has spent more than 15 years working with children and teens. Over the years, I’ve seen how much of a difference it makes when kids, parents, and teachers have simple tools to understand emotions, manage stress, and build healthy relationships. That’s why I started Calm Little Minds.

What we do:
Create journals for kids, teens, parents, and teachers that are practical, engaging, and easy to use.
Share stories and resources that help children learn important life skills like resilience, confidence, and empathy.
Support families and schools with accessible, everyday strategies that actually work.

My hope is to make children’s mental health resources feel approachable, positive, and something everyone can use—at home or in the classroom.
