Calm Nest Collective is a neurodivergent, female-founded consultancy on a mission to transform events, workplaces, and public spaces into calm, inclusive, accessible, and sustainable environments where every person can truly thrive.

Founded by Nika Brunet Milunovic, social worker, MBA holder, Mental Health First Aider, and PhD candidate researching mental health and neurodiversity in eventss, we bring 12+ years of frontline experience from the international events industry. We know from the inside how overwhelming these environments can be. That's exactly why we built something different.

What we do:
Calm Nest Spaces® : World-leading sensory-friendly quiet rooms for events, workplaces & public spaces. Purposefully crafted to engage sight, touch, sound, smell, and body awareness to create deep, therapeutic calm in busy environments.

Inclusive Event Design: Neuroinclusive, accessible events from the ground up. We help organisers build events that work for every type of brain, covering sensory spaces, accessible schedules, communication, and on-the-day inclusion support.

Calm by Design Framework™ : Our signature framework for event organisers who want to do better but aren't sure where to start. A practical, step-by-step approach to embedding wellbeing, neuroinclusion, and sustainability into every stage of event planning.

Our work is grounded in a simple truth:
1 in 5 people identify as neurodivergent, and 66% of workers report burnout. Environments that ignore human limits aren't just uncomfortable, they're exclusionary. We help organisations change that, for good.

From conferences and trade shows to corporate offices and public venues, our spaces give people somewhere to step away, reset, and return fully recharged.

Planet. People. Purpose. 🦋
