Chris Cavell

Chris Cavell is a seasoned talent executive with extensive experience in talent strategy, management, and production. Currently serving as Senior Talent Executive in Talent Partnerships at Calm since September 2020, Chris excels in securing high-caliber talent for various business ventures, collaborating with notable figures such as Matthew McConaughey and LeBron James. Prior to Calm, Chris held multiple roles at Telepictures and The Ellen DeGeneres Show, including Senior Manager of Talent Partnerships and Senior Talent Executive & Producer, where significant accomplishments included scaling "The Ellen Digital Network" and securing talent for over 2,500 hours of content. With foundational experience in casting and publicity through engagements with NBCUniversal, Paramount Pictures, and more, Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Purdue University and is pursuing an Executive MBA at Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management.
