Jay Johnson

Jay Johnson is a seasoned data engineering professional with extensive experience in financial data management and business intelligence. Currently serving as a Senior Data Engineer at Calm since November 2020, Jay has previously enhanced Amazon's Operations Finance through data engineering roles from July 2017 to November 2020, where responsibilities included developing managerial reporting capabilities and reducing data latency. Prior to that, Jay led a data warehouse migration at Coupang and contributed to various financial technology initiatives at Amazon and other companies. With a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Management from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, Jay has demonstrated expertise in Oracle Financials and has played key roles in both implementation and support for multiple projects across diverse organizations.
