Katie Greseth

Katie Greseth is a seasoned People and Talent Executive with extensive experience leading strategic human capital initiatives across multiple organizations. Currently serving as VP of People at Calm since July 2024, Katie oversees the company's people strategy, employee engagement, and culture. Previously, as VP of People at BrightInsight from November 2021 to June 2024, Katie partnered with leadership to align talent initiatives with business growth. At Rally Health, Katie held the role of Senior Director of Human Capital, focusing on strategy execution and later transitioned to Director of Talent Acquisition to build and lead a multidisciplinary recruitment team. Earlier roles at UnitedHealth Group included serving as a Talent Acquisition/Human Capital Partner and managing large-scale recruitment projects, alongside collaborating with executives to attract top medical talent. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from St. Catherine University.
