Sarah Mann

Sarah Mann currently serves as Senior Director of People Operations at Calm, having progressed through various roles since October 2020, including Director and Recruiting & People Operations. Prior to Calm, Sarah held the position of Recruiting Operations Manager at Honey from October 2019 to October 2020. Sarah's earlier experience includes roles at Namely, where the title was Senior Manager of People Operations & Analytics and Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, as well as positions at Bloomberg LP from October 2009 to January 2018, focusing on global recruiting and project management. Sarah began a career in recruitment and human resources at M&I Bank as a Recruiting Coordinator/Recruiter and previously completed a Human Resources internship. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Psychology from The University of Kansas, earned in 2009.
