We offer a range of quality, advanced classes, including - Pregnancy & Aquanatal Yoga, Baby & Toddler Swimming, Baby Massage, Play Classes, Postnatal Groups, Yoga & Wellness Classes and much more.

Selina's Cafe is a welcoming space for pre- or post-class cakes, hot and cold drinks, lunch, snacks, and children's food. Our handmade cakes are baked on-site, and our food is made fresh. The Cafe has indoor and outdoor play areas, and we also cater for Afternoon Tea, Children's Parties, Baby Showers, and other family occasions.
