Stephen Davidson

Stephen Davidson is an experienced chair, audit committee chair, remuneration committee chair, senior independent director, and non-executive director with a specialization in technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT). Presently, they serve as the chair of Calnex Solutions plc and hold non-executive director positions at MCB Group and Actual Experience plc. Previously, they were non-executive director and chair at Datatec Ltd for 16 years and served in various leadership roles at organizations including PRS for Music, Informa plc, and Mecom Group plc. Davidson holds a Master of Arts with First Class Honours in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Aberdeen.
