Rhonda Shoemaker has extensive experience in various roles within the healthcare and service industries. Currently serving as a Residential Counselor at CALO since November 2014, Rhonda focuses on coaching and supervising students. Previous positions include a Housekeeper at Lake Regional Health System, an Operator at Gilster-Mary Lee Corp., and a Manager at McDonald's Corporation, where supervisory and operational skills were honed. Additionally, Rhonda worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant in several nursing homes from 1987 to 2004, providing essential care to residents. Rhonda holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Counseling Psychology and an Associate of Science in Human Services from Kaplan University.
