Khalid Usman has extensive culinary experience, having held various positions in prestigious hotels and establishments. Starting as a Commies at Makkah Clock Royal Tower and Pullman Zamzam Makkah, Khalid progressed to Demi Chef De Partie roles at Shaza Hotels and Swissôtel Al Maqam Makkah. Subsequently, a position as Assistant Pastry Chef was held at Kaylah Lounge, followed by tenure as Pastry Chef De Partie at Shangri-La Jeddah. Khalid served as Chef De Partie at Marriott Hotels from February 2022 to January 2024 and currently holds the position of Junior Sous Chef at Calo Inc. since August 2024.
