Fernando Rocha

Fernando Rocha has extensive experience in operations, finance, and management. Fernando currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Caloi, where they oversee all areas of operations and defines long-term strategies. Prior to this, they worked as the Plant Manager and Senior Director at Philips, responsible for new business development and analyzing profitability. Fernando also held various roles at Philips Latin America, including Senior Director for Industrial Operations, Finance Director for Hispanic Countries, Finance Operations Director for Latam, and Global Cost Controller. Before joining Philips, they worked as a Plant Controller at another multinational company. Additionally, they have experience in finance and treasury roles at Pernod Ricard and Philips do Brasil. Throughout their career, Fernando has demonstrated expertise in supply chain management, financial planning, cost control, and implementing finance systems.

Fernando Rocha holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidade São Judas Tadeu, which they obtained in 2002. Fernando later pursued further education, earning a Specialization in Business Performance from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2003. Additionally, from 2006 to 2008, they completed an Executive MBA and an MBA in International Business from FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado.
