Hemant Ravuri

Hemant Ravuri has extensive work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Hemant'smost recent role is as Sr. Director - Enterprise Data Management, Enterprise Architecture and Innovation at CalOptima Health since 2022. Before that, they worked at Hyundai AutoEver America from 2013 to 2022, where they held various positions such as Director, IT - Business Innovation and Executive Principal. At Hyundai AutoEver America, they were responsible for leading strategic technology initiatives, building roadmaps, and driving alignment between Enterprise Technology and segment technology teams.

Prior to their time at Hyundai AutoEver America, Hemant worked at Mercury Insurance from 2005 to 2013, where they served as a Manager and Team Lead in Application Development and also managed a team responsible for enterprise-wide initiatives. Hemant also worked at Ameriquest Mortgage as a Program Manager in 2005 and at Pacific Life as a Software Engineer from 2002 to 2004.

Hemant's early career includes roles at Ernst & Young as a Sr Associate from 1999 to 2002 and at Lason Inc as an Information Technology Analyst from 1996 to 1999.

Throughout their career, Hemant Ravuri has demonstrated expertise in driving innovation, leading digital transformation, managing enterprise-wide solutions, and implementing strategic initiatives to optimize business processes and drive value creation.

Hemant Ravuri holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from OEC, India, which they obtained from 1992 to 1996. Hemant later pursued an MBA in Leadership and Managing Organization Change at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School from 2004 to 2006. In 2012, they attended the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business, where they focused on Organizational and Leadership Communication.
