Previously, Rageesh worked as a Design Engineer at Novem Solutions Pvt Ltd from May 2014 to August 2015, where projects included the design of medical machinery and special purpose machines, utilizing SolidWorks for modeling and detailed drawings. Prior experience includes design activities at Rensai Precisions Pvt Ltd focused on press tools and molds and a trainee position at Rtech Steel Engineering, where Rageesh worked on sheet metal product designs. Rageesh holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, completed in 2010.
