Addison Rush

Addison Rush is an experienced operations and supply chain professional currently serving as Operations Manager at Calpine since March 2023. Previously, Addison held various positions at Indorama Ventures Xylenes & PTA, including Supply Chain and Logistics Superintendent and Operations Superintendent, from January 2020 to March 2023. Prior experience includes a tenure at BP Petrochemicals as a Mechanical Engineer from January 2015 to January 2020 and earlier roles as a Mechanical Engineer at Indorama Ventures and an Engineer at Alabama Power from January 2007 to December 2014. Addison holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Alabama and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management at the University of North Alabama, expected to complete in August 2026.
