Bob Farley

Bob Farley has extensive experience in operations and maintenance management within the energy sector, primarily at Calpine since June 1995. Bob currently serves as the Manager of Operations and Maintenance at a 120 MW Combined Cycle Cogen Facility and a 150 MW Simple Cycle Peaker Facility. Previous roles include Operations Manager for multiple combined cycle and merchant power plants, as well as Maintenance Manager, responsible for overseeing construction and maintenance activities. Prior to Calpine, Bob worked as an Instrument Technician/Operator and Lead Maintenance Technician at Wellhead Electric, and served in the US Navy, supervising and maintaining gas turbine propulsion systems.
