Bryan Kimzey

Bryan Kimzey is the Senior Vice President, Finance and Treasurer at Calpine. Bryan has held this position since January 2015. Prior to that, they were the Vice President, Investor Relations & Financial Planning at Calpine from September 2011 to January 2015. Before that, they were at Progress Energy from January 2008 to September 2011 as the Investor Relations where they developed and executed the investor relations program, communicated corporate strategy, and assisted management in corporate positioning. From July 2005 to December 2007, they were at Progress Energy as Treasury where they monitored the debt and derivative portfolio, interest expense and capital market conditions.

Bryan Kimzey has a BS in Business Administration and a Masters in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

They are on a team with Katherine Piper - SVP, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, Todd Thornton - Senior Vice President, Origination and Development, and Michael Sullivan - President & CEO, Champion Energy. Their manager is Thad Hill, President & CEO.
