Marlon Griffin

Marlon Griffin, P.E., M.B.A, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in power facility management and mechanical engineering. Currently serving as the Plant Manager at Calpine since January 2013, Marlon has held multiple roles including Project Manager, Operations Manager, and Maintenance Manager, overseeing operations for a 760MW power facility. Prior to this, Marlon was a Mechanical Engineer and TAR Manager at BP, focusing on facility mechanical engineering and turnaround management. Marlon's career also includes experience as an Operations Engineer and a Quality Engineer at ArvinMeritor. Marlon holds a Master of Business Administration in Energy Finance from the University of Houston and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University.
